Keeps going up, must negotiate every year

They make automatic appointments w/out consulting you with only a few days notice. I work, so I called to change an appointment and the employee did not show w/out calling me to let me know. I had taken off work for the visit. I called the supervisor to complaint and he said he would have someone at my home on Sat, 4 days later. No one came. I called the supervisor back and canceled my service, because I have had these appointment problems for 2 years in a row.  I also called the national office to complain, but got no response. Since that time, I have rec'd 2 bills for the charges for my annual service and have had 2 automatic appointments scheduled to which I have not responded and have made sure I was not here when they came!!! (If they did) This has been a totally  FRUSTRATING  experience. I had used Terminix in another state for many years previously w/ no problems.

For routine service it is fine. Anything above the foundation of your house, the basement, they lack the tools to do the job or they just don't bring them out, I'm not sure what was going on. They are here, they are here on time and they take care of the major part of it.

It is good service. I call them and they come right out. I get called right away if there is a problem. I think their price is reasonable.

It went well.  We got rid of everything but a mouse or 2 and they are coming back.

We wanted them to come out and give us the quote, but they said that it was not required and that is why they did not get our business.  They were very professional.

Scheduled a free termite inspection online with Terminix, and within minutes received a phone call with a date for inspection 2 days later. Got a call the next day from the inspector and he was able to come a day earlier, so even better for me since I was off from work anyways. The inspector came around the time he was supposed to and was very professional and helpful. He checked the outside of the home and the basement and found no problems, he did not pressure me into getting services or anything like I was expecting and quoted me cheaper prices than I had expected. I would use there services in the future if I have any problems, but for now I'm going the cheaper route and self spraying to prevent any unwanted pests.

It went well overall... The terminex rep was personable, experienced, and loved his job. I actually learned a lot about the whole process... Had first fragment done 2 more to go .. they will be back in August.

I have signed for the year and they come up quarterly. The person that comes out is very professional and is very detail oriented. He looks in all the crannies and basement and makes sure nothing it there.

They were pretty good.  I use them when needed.  I had no problem.  I just didn’t need them.  I went strictly by their name.  I would use them again in the future.

Our neighbor’s were having problems because of termites and so we contacted them. They came and did an inspection around the house. It was a free inspection and they did not charge us anything. It was very good service. They were professional and did a fantastic job. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I believed that Terminix was professional and that they would be honest.  I get the impression that the inspector did not know what he was doing and just concluded that we had a problem to save face even though we did not have a problem.  Terminix was quick to take my money but refused to fulfill their obligation.  Do your homework before calling Terminix and identify what you have.  They took advantage of my upset wife to lure us into their contract.  Even the technician who works on infested homes could not find evidence.  Be ware.

When we bought our home we had a termite problem, but since we have been working with them, we have never seen another one.  I think the price is a little high, but the service has been really good.  I have been with them for the past 9 years, so we will continue to use them.
