I thought that the price was reasonable. It wasn't cheap but I thought for the work they did it was reasonable. They had a 30 or 60 day guarantee on their service. We had to call them back about 30 days later for retreatment and that took care of it. They responded to the phone, you didn't have to just leave a message. You got a call back on the same day confirming the scheduling. They arrived when they said they would. They did the job for the price they said they would and they took care of the problem.

I like that they come when they say that they are coming and they do the job that they need to do when they say that they are going to do it. The other thing that is really good is that I have the same technician every time, so he knows what the problem areas are and he knows what to do.

They are reliable and if there is a problem they come out. I am very happy with them.

Due to the economy, I had to cut back on things so I do as much as I can myself now.
The man who came was a nice man and the company itself was always very nice to me.
If I ever had a problem they would come right out and take care of it.
Towards the end there was one man who came to my house and I caught him in a lie. He called and canceled the appointment and told the office I canceled. When they called me to reschedule I told them I was not the one who canceled and I think he was fired.

They are always accommodating. They call ahead to make sure someone will be there when they come.  When money was tight they didn't hold us to the contract. Now I am back with them and things are going great.
