Frank & his dad are a top notch team. I submitted a request for work to be done and Frank called me right away, and then showed up with his dad at the time specified. They were professional & courteous and especially very clean with the job. Our job was completed in 2 days. I got to know them while they were here on the job and talk about 2 down to earth guys. most of the grass installed was already dead. they advised me that it would grow from the roots. called them 4 mo. later since it was not growing. was told that there was nothing they could do, that i needed to wait a few more months for it to grow and to fertilize it, 8 mo. later i have 1/3 weeds that came with the grass, 1/3 grass, and 1/3 empty spaces.

"Rebeca stated she had replaced the yard twice with St Augustine Sod and it did not make it due to the large oak trees, shade, and lots of leaves. Rebeca requested that she was done with St Augustine Sod and she wanted Bahia installed. Before moving forward we advised her to trim and thin out the trees to gain more sunlight, reduce falling leaves and at that time she was not interested in having that done. Before Installing new Bahia sod we took out approx 20 cu yards of leaves from the front yard. Once the ground was prepped we purchased the certified Bahia sod from a well known local landscape supply company. We then completed the job and then instructed her on how to take care and maintain the new front lawn. She seemed pleased with the work, with her only concern being the grass was a little brown which is normal for fresh cut Bahia in the month of April and we advised her that Bahia dies off completely brown in the winter and comes back in the summer. 4 months later Rebeca calls us complaining about the lawn not looking great so we immediately went out to inspect the issue. When we pulled up I was very confused because the new Bahia sod was very green and growing good so far. I then talk to Rebeca about her complaints that the lawn was not very thick I explained to her that the yard was doing very well and it is a totally different type of grass compared to the St Augustine she was used to and it will need more time to mature, I also advised her to hire a fertilizing company to gain faster results and keep the lawn in good health. The results so far were excellent for Bahia grass and considering the trees were not trimmed and the yard was still very shady. We have no control that Rebeca's expectations from Bahia grass was not what she was expecting or how well it grows. It all depends on how well it is taken care of including watering, cutting, fertilizing etc. We take pride in our work and have sold and installed a product that she wanted but ended up not liking. I have pictures of this job posted on my business social media being proud of the results, Also before pictures, after pictures and I also took pictures 4 months after installation with date and time stamp for my records."

They had a catalog of products to choose from, made good recommendations and provided competitive pricing. They set an agreed to schedule and kept to it. We were impressed how they took the time for precision cuts in laying out the stone. Also note they were properly insured giving peace of mind to having them work on our property. We look forward to doing another project with them in the future.

Would have liked to see other quotes before performing the job in other to have price comparisons but my overall experience was positive and recommend using them for future projects.

His customer service was focused on what I needed. He gave me the option of how I want to dispose of the trees, explaining that he could take it or stack it in a pile on the property. His price was extremely competitive based on everything he agreed to perform.
