We have spent thousands on a lawyer after begging them to make it right, but they've refused to take responsibility of their negligence & are happy to have us spend more money trying to take them to court. "Bryan, this was just 4 of the 8 hours, the remaining 4 hours will be done at a later date. Once arranged (I caused the delays due to my schedule not Bryan), Bryan showed up at the scheduled time with the ordered fire door. The door was cut to size (small opening), installed and reversed to open the opposite direction. The opener and electrical device was relocated. A plywood wall was installed for storage of hanging bicycles. He did a professional job. I look forward to the remaining work."
