"Rick and his crew were just what I was looking for. I had questions about replacing my home roof with metal and Rick answered them all along with a few suggestions that I hadn't thought of. He came to my home on the day the supplies were being delivered to be sure everything was correct and direct the driver where to put them. The workers were reliable, (at the work site at 6am everyday), friendly, and most importantly skillful. I love my new roof and have been getting calls and comments from neighbors and friends who drive by. I would surely recommend RMS Contractors to anyone looking for a new roof!"

"Ben and Skyler were nothing short of amazing throughout finishing our basement. Not only did they do great work but they were also very helpful in adding suggestions for construction and ways to improve our space. Ben was very up front about the costs and always very informative and communicative about their approach and timing. If you are looking for any type of home projects or remodeling, make sure you get in touch with Ben at Level Interior Solutions. You won’t regret it."

"I never contacted the provider or used this service in anyway. I have to
write this review so that the request to write this review stops
popping up.
The rating is bogus as it is required to be able to submit.

"Kayla did a great job cleaning my home. I had previously hired a different company who missed a lot of details, especially in the bathrooms. Kayla was extremely thorough, thoughtful, and easy to work with."

Unfinished Carpentry questions, answered by experts

If the bowing basement wall is less than 2 inches, steel or carbon fiber straps are the best solution. For bowing that is more than 2 inches, wall anchors are the most effective. A contractor can help you decide the best method of repair for your home's foundation and also address the root cause of the trouble.

Building a barndominium means converting a barn into a house. Barndominiums are becoming popular as spacious and stylish alternatives to typical housing structures. Old barns that become houses traditionally consist of wooden construction. However, newer structures, such as pole barns, often contain metal exteriors and roofs. Converting a metal outbuilding into a house presents an excellent opportunity to create a barndominium from metal.

An A-frame home can be cheaper to build than a traditional house, but that is not always a given. Prices can be fairly similar in some cases, depending on the location, design, and necessary site preparation. Costs for an A-frame typically run between $100 to $200 per square foot, which is comparable to the cost of a traditional home. The cost of an A-frame can come in under those numbers if you opt for a prefabricated kit.

Balcony construction or replacement typically requires a building permit from your local permitting authority. Safety and building integrity are the main reasons for the need to obtain a permit and the subsequent inspections. In some cases, especially cantilevered balconies, your municipality may also require the oversight and signature of a structural engineer.

Carpenters are trained to take on a wide range of home projects. You can hire a carpenter to do framing, roofing, build custom furniture, and make significant upgrades to your home. General carpenters are usually able to handle most jobs. However, you may also choose to hire a carpenter who specializes in a specific type of carpentry.
