"I talked to Rich and Joe the first day they came out after my shingles where blown off my roof I really wanted a metal roof but I didn't think I had the money for it as the other estimate from other roofing contractors was pretty high in the end RMS installed me a metal roof cheaper than the others wanted for shingles so of course I hired them and they did a great job and all the guys where very nice and easy to talk to did wonderful work will be hiring them for more work"

"Once started the work was done quickly. The original scope of work for concrete finish was changed at my request to use exposed aggregate making the pad look like one single pour. Wow, looks great, money well spent. Gable roof with cathedral ceiling and finishes match perfectly. Looks like it has always been part of the house. Light landscaping was also provided to repair lawn from construction damage. This was done by the contractor without charge or my request. There was a small leak that the contractor repaired after several trips. This was resolved to my satisfaction. The point here is the contractor took responsibility and returned until this was resolved. We love our new patio, it’s perfect!"

They were personally involved with the project and worked directly with us during the entire planning and implementation of the work. They were true craftsmen. "This was my third time working with this contractor and each project was a pleasurable experience! As was the case with the other two, they started this project on time and finished on time! All the work was done according to strict Mount Lebanon code. They made suggestions based upon their experience i.e we wanted a six foot high shadow box fence but while Mount Lebanon code allows for a six foot high privacy fence of just about any style, they do not allow, by code, a six foot high shadowbox fence. Steve Hilpert proceeded to build us a 4 foot high shadowbox fence (the maximum height allowed by code) with a custom built 2 foot high trellis section which Mount Lebanon subsequently approved. The fence looks beautiful!
I was nervous about cutting a big hole in the wall of our addition to install the sliding glass door. Now the door looks like it has been there all along! It came out PERFECTLY!
The deck is also beautiful and solid as a rock! We had an issue with the location of our two central air conditioning units off the back of the house. The other contractors (which I found here on Angie's List as well) said they would just build over these units. Not knowing anything about central air conditioning this seemed reasonable to me. Steve was the ONLY contractor who told me that you absolutely CAN NOT block the air flow above the units! Not only that, he was honest enough to tell me that moving the units should be done by a qualified HVAC contractor. Now that is a contractor you can trust!
All work was completed on time and within budget. The same crew arrived early each day and were polite and professional. The job site was spotless at the end of each day!

"Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."

"30 years ago, Omnipro installed an
Omnistone driveway and front walk at our home. We were very happy
with the installation. We recently called them back to do some
repairs to the driveway and walk, and to enlarge a brick patio that
was installed by another contractor before the original driveway and
walk.
They sent 3 mechanics to do the work which took 3 days. They repaired some settlement in the driveway,
reinstalled the steps leading up to the front walk, repaired the
walk, removed the entire patio, installed a new base, and reinstalled
and enlarged the patio. They did a beautiful job. Their mechanics
were very professional and worked steady throughout the installation.
Obviously, the quality of their work
hasn't in 30 years. We would definitely call them back for any future

I got their name from Angie’s List four years ago. My first project was the painting of all the exterior windows. I have three floors. They even repainted the rusty grills at my basement windows. My kitchen was a challenge. It had pine wood paneling and the layout didn’t work. Mr. Washington changed the appliance layout. I needed my hallway tiles to match my kitchen floor. Mr. Washington searched and found tiles in Texas that matched perfectly. I had a positive experience with S.L. Contractors."
