"Working with Graboyes Windows was an unexpected pleasure. They scheduled a visit by one of the product specialist, who came to my home. They knew their products, gave me choices and gave me a very fair price compared to other companies that came and quoted me for the same job. "Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

"We are overall pleased with the install. However, the guys who installed them left broken glass on my bedroom door that I stepped on. Also, the caulk around the outside could have been smoothed out. Other than that, it was all good."

"They arrived promptly when expected and executed the work to my complete satisfaction. The injection holes for the lifting foam don't stand out too badly and they only had to drill a few of them. The sidewalk was lifted to its proper height. After the lift, the sealing was applied and coated with quartz sand, more attractive than the original black material."
