"I talked with three different companies with a comparable product.  Geno was able to provide the windows at the best price, and was back within 2 weeks to install. That was the deciding factor, as the other two companies were talking 6-8 weeks to install, and I didn't want to wait that long.  He would have finished all windows in one day, but the manufacturer gave him the wrong size picture window. He was back within 2 weeks and completed the job.  Paid the deposit, and he didn't ask for final payment until the project was completely done.  Would recommend him and his product.

"Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

"The owner Joe Storione came to the house took measurements and gave me an estimate. I thought it was fair and met all of my needs. He came back again to look at other people's windows in the neighborhood to see how they were done just to make sure we matched the color stipulated by the homeowner's association. Joe sent over one of his workers shortly after to take final measurements. The windows took 5 weeks to get because they had to be special ordered. He called when they came in and we scheduled a couple days to have them installed. The 2 workers showed up early they were neat and I am very happy with the job. I will add that the window come with a lifetime warranty which is transferable which is also important to me.

"I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."
