I cannot believe how easy and amazing the process was form start to finish. There is always someone there to help, even if it's for my blinds from 20 years ago. I did purchase new motorized shades, and I couldn't be happier!

BOTTOM LINE: Good service, bad product Purchased blackout cellular blinds for 4 rooms (12 blinds overall). Prices were much better than 2 other local companies. The consultant in the store was helpful. I used the optional installer to come measure the blinds before ordering, then to install the blinds once they were made. In the 18 months since I've had the blinds, I've had to return various different blinds 3 separate times for different reasons (1. Blind didn't stay down all the way; 2. Different blind wouldn't stay completely up; 3. Different blind had one cord completely break). In each time they blinds were replaced for free, but it's been a hassle to keep having return different blinds.
