I figured we’d have a mess to clean up after the install understandably. But wow they did an incredible job cleaning up afterwards. Not a speck, they even spent time cleaning off the driveway and front lawn. We have been through one major rain storm since the install and not a drip of water. So far so good , we are getting an expected 3” in the next 24 hours and it’s a relief to know I don’t have to stress about rain storms anymore!"

"I signed up to have a modular log home built on an existing foundation. The builder had a number of specifications that needed to be met to get the foundation ready for the new house. I contacted 8 other companies, but no one could help me with my long list of tasks. When I finally got ahold of Highlander Waterproofing, I started by telling them I was a problem child. I listed all the work that needed to be done and Mike told me that nothing on my list sounded sounded scary. I got a couple of visits from Mario, the manager, and Mike, the senior engineer, and one of their senior job bosses. They were all knowledgeable, helpful, positive, and suggested that I use steel supports instead of concrete to save space. Work started in August when Dewey and JT started knocking off the top 2 courses of block. "The Gents" - Dewey (the job boss) Devon, Jimmy, Matt, and Dave - did wonderful work. Because of Murphy's Law, we had to knock some walls down and rebuild them because of bowing, and we ended up adding an internal French Drain. They set rebar, poured tons of concrete, dug footers, put up steel support beams, installed glass block windows, put down sill plates, and rebuilt the front where the garage doors will be. I cannot even begin to say how pleased I am with the work they did. And they were a lot of fun to boot! They let me video them daily, tease them mercilessly, and they had the good grace to laugh when my dog made off with their breakfast jerky. There is still some work to do when the house actually gets here in April - insulating the outside wall, backfilling, putting the sump pumps in, rebuilding the center wall, and digging footers for the porch. I have absolute confidence in Highlander Waterproofing and "The Gents." I would recommend them highly and with no reservations to anyone who needs foundation work. I will add to this post with the final pictures in April."

They worked on our job for a long time and they were professional from the minute they got here to the minute they left. They encapsulated our crawl space and it looks so so good. "In the last few years, we've been getting huge puddles of water all over our basement floor. Never happened before. Some stretched all the way across the floor. Took hours of work with a shop vac to suck it up and days for the floor to dry. In mid-September, we hired Once & Done Waterproofing. They had the lowest price and specialize in our kind of problem. Work was completed in just one day and very tidily done. Very hard-working crew. But it was a leap of faith waiting to see if that work would be successful. Didn't rain for weeks after the sump pump system was installed beneath our basement floor. Weâ ve now had two really heavy rains. The floor remained bone dry after each of them. A little bit of water still did come in at the base of the outside basement entrance, as expected, but it got no further than the drain they installed in the floor at the door. The real test may not come until next springâ s monsoon season. But so far, so good. Based on preliminary results, I would not hesitate to hire them."
