"Original date to start job was 11/13/24. 11/20/24 I texted and asked what happened. He said he would start the job on Monday, 12/2/24. 12/9/24 got an email that he would be coming the next day, 12/10/24. Then, he received an email that it was too cold to install rails, and he would come on 12/24/24. Rails were installed, and Dominic stressed he needed to receive the balance of the invoice. Was told could have been bad concrete mix, but not worth it trying to fix. I think it was great experience, until the driveway started crumbling a month later. My driveway looks terrible. Compared to older and newer ones in neighborhood. It is still deterring now. Very disappointing outcome. Should have gone with lower priced vendor. Versa lock wall put in also bowing."
