I then came out and rectified the situation and gave you a complimentary railing for your steps as an offering that we are here for you. I cannot control the weather but we did not do the work in the snow. We don't pour concrete below 40 degrees. I was under the impression that this was rectified months ago until you left this review. If there is anything we can do to make the situation better, we would be more than happy to do so within reason."

"Sir, We have had bad weather on and off for the past 2 weeks. You yelled at me because I forgot to call you and let you know we were one day behind. I apologized and you continued to yell. At that point I said we are no longer interested in the job. This is after I reduced your cost and accepted your terms of no down payment per our agreement. I never do a job without a down payment but made an exception for you. You don’t yell at people for mistakenly forgetting to call to let you know we would be 1 day late. No service was performed and no money was collected."
