Loco Construction, also called Strukture or Storm Land Services, was hired to put an addition on my house. There were a number of serious issues, including a complete lack of project management that resulted in structural problems with a new concrete foundation for the addition that will require significant additional costs to repair. They also did not pay subcontractors, claiming that I was withholding payment after they, in fact, were paid in full. One subcontractor contacted me stating that they were putting a lien on my property until I showed them the cashed check made out to the builder, proving full payment for their work. I learned that I had been overcharged by thousands of dollars. They kept another deposit for work that never occurred for the kitchen remodel., Work for which they were paid in full was incomplete and resulted in a number of serious code violations by township inspectors, including site safety,

BEWARE ! These people are dishonest and incompetent. They recently declared bankruptcy and I am in the process of suing the owners for fraud and theft.

They always did what they said and nice touch extras always there when they said very personable they have a liason who tells you everything they are doing Handel any problems keeps in touch with you on a daily basis explains everything I can't say enough good things about this company and the way they operate and the price was good also I highly recommend this company
