"They were the lowest bidder, but bid the job based on my description and pictures without actually seeing the roof (it s like many others in the area). It took a while to finally get on the schedule due to rain pushing back other jobs, which is understandable. The work took about 90 minutes for 2 people, replaced flashing and several slates. They said the roof was in bad shape, which didn t give me a good feeling that the leak was fixed, and would provide an estimate for a new roof - after putting on the new flashing. I guess I feel like if they had seen the roof before the bid, we might have had a different job. Still waiting for a substantial rain to see if leak has stopped. I ll update if I m able."

Explained to us how the liners we were bad and how the moisture from the furnace was bleeding through the old brick and mortar. We also had some shutters that were in the basement that we had bought which I asked him to hang whe they were here.
