I worked with Sal Izzo on my roof project after having wind damage during the March storms. Sal was right out to inspect the damage and worked with me on getting my roof tarped and waterproof before additional damage could be done. The crew who came and replaced the roof were fast and experienced in their craft and completed the work in 1 day. When completed you could not tell they were even there other than the new roof that was installed. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Sal and Shell Restoration and plan on having them return to replace windows in my home.

Everything went well, very impressed by how effective and professional the crew was . They were on our roof by 8am and pulling out our driveway at 2:30 . Couldn’t even tell they were here except that we had a brand new roof. Definitely would recommend them

They replaced a front porch, metal roof on house, barn and garage with storage shed excellent job. Replaced garage door and gutters on all buildings. Work was mostly satisfactory. Left a mess for us to clean up. Was supposed to have a dumpster.

First thing I did day one of owning it was replace the roof. I worked with Abe. Seemed like a nice guy. I told him I wanted the roof replaced on my house. He said sure they could do it. Quoted me for my "whole roof" $10,000 I paid cash and Boom had it done. A year later I noticed water coming through my bathroom ceiling. so I removed the wall and ceiling on that side. I could see it was coming from the vent stack in my bathroom. Figured I'd call Shell and ask them to look since they just replaced my roof for $10,000 a year ago. Well the roofer came out and said yes it is leaking from there but We didn't do that part of the roof....Wait what? I'm not a roofer..I purchased service from you guys for a New Roof. Which means the whole house. Well this part of your roof is to flat for shingles it has rubber...We don't do rubber. WELL NOONE TOLD ME THERE WAS RUBBER UP THERE!?? ITS A 3 STORY HOUSE AND I CANT SEE UP THERE. Not a single person said anything about it. Nothing on paper work nothing from Abe. Nothing from the roofers (I bought pizza for) So 1 year later I have a leak and it ruined my wall which in the first place is the reason I WANTED A NEW ROOF not half of a roof. Called Abe. He gave me the run around. Said they would give me a price to fix it? I already paid you and you also said you DONT DO RUBBER so why would I have you do it? This place is a joke and I have a few family lawyers telling me to take it to small claims court. I have all the original text about doing my whole roof and all the paper work that says nothing about the rubber. Unfortunately all they had to do was tell him one thing and they chose to take my money lie about my roof and do nothing to fix it. Im a very easy going nice person and don't hold onto things but this sticks in my side and I will tell every human I can about their service before they decide to use Shell Restoration.

I had two previous estimates for a new roof on my house. Abe from Shell Restoration gave me an estimate that was 2000.00 cheaper than others and also included my garage. i had two skylights installed that were leaking and Abe made sure they were fixed. They installed the roof two months after my wife passed away and they were very mindful of what I was going through. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Chris Foeks

Project Manager Abe Izzo contacted me after an Angie's List search for commercial roofing contractors near Beaver Falls. Abe was awesome! We met at First Reformed Presbyterian Church of Beaver Falls and he immediately went to work! After several weeks of discussion and 2 other bids for the project, Shell Restoration was awarded the job. The project began the very next week and, despite poor weather, his crew completed the job in less than two weeks. Our church roof was a complicated install due to the steeple, and the many peaks and valleys connecting the old building to the new building. The newly shingled roof looks amazing, and fit our limited budget perfectly! I strongly recommend Abe Izzo and She'll Restoration of New Castle for all your roofing needs!

They did a very good job. They are very neat and they knew what they were doing. I told them what I wanted and he came right out to do that.

The crew asked permission to drop off the materials and equipment early, and asked if I had any problems with that. No porblem at all. They arrived early and went straight to work. They showed me the mistakes from the original installation of the siding and kept me informed of the process and length of job.

Fine, they did just what I wanted. Some of the pieces of siding fell off, but they were quick in coming to fix the problem.
