"I had Resnick roofing install James Hardie siding on my entire home. We got their signature package that included custom shake design, with a custom color. The product seemed to be very heavy duty, and finished product looks great. Frank was our project manager, who was onsite everyday, and went out of his way to speak to me every evening and send me pics and updates at the end of each day. The crew that was assigned to install the siding were extremely hard workers and very professional. They work 12 hours days and finished the job in four days. St the end of each day they cleaned up, and at the end of the project they left my home and yard better than it was before they started. I inspected the work every day looking for anything that might not be right and didn’t find anything. I would highly recommend Resnick roofing to anyone and plan on using them again for future projects."

The product seemed to be very heavy duty, and finished product looks great. "While I liked the Zook's team, I would have appreciated more information from them prior to hiring. The sales person wrote a contract calling for snow guards on the front of the house, but not the smaller roof in back. I've never had a metal roof, so I did not question the seller's spec. I had a newly installed pergola on the back porch crushed by snow, and had there been anyone on the porch at the time, they would have been severely injured or killed in the collapse. I had Zook's install a guard on the back of the house, but the pergola will cost us a lot of additional time and money if it can be repaired. I also had to sweep my stone driveway after the crew installed the roof, as I found a roofing screw in front of the garage. My sweep yielded 13 more screws, any one of which would have ruined my tires."

"I will start off with the initial dealing with MHI Roofing in Bethel Park PA. Our Condo Community had all the roofs on 6 buildings of total 39 units re shingled in June of 2024 to the tune of nearly $140,000. They were fast and efficient. However, a few weeks down the road we had some issues with items that should have been done as requested. Called the Site Supervisor, Cam Kinnee, submitted the service request, and it took over a month to get this service done and completed. A few weeks later, we had heavy winds and a flue cap blow off, mind you, these flue caps were original from 1974 and were in horrible shape. They should have been replaced, but MHI just painted the old ones. So, I contact Cam Kinnee again, he schedules service, this took another month to get this taken care of, or so I thought. Fast forward to January 2025, some winds blew another flue cap off, I contacted Cam Kinnee once more, he was unable to do anything, as he was in a training class. During my wait for him to return my message from Jan 22, 2025 to Feb 3, 2025. Still not service on the first flue cap by the way!... March 11, 2025 another flue cap on another unit had blown off. I contacted Cam once again, he said he would let his office know. I get a response from Cam informing me that he no longer works for MHI Roofing. Since then I have called MHI numbers about 20 times at MHI Office in Mt Lebanon, I have left messages, no returned calls, no one answers the phone... I am so frustrated with MHI. If you plan to use this company... Please reconsider... Once they have your money they do not service their work! Very disappointed! BEWARE OF MHI!!"

He came out and was very thorough with the quote and explained everything very well. When it came time for the work to be done he took care of everything from setting up the dumpster and the material delivery was on point. The crew came out early in the morning and were very clean and professional with their work and got everything done in the day. They removed 3 layers of old shingles and replaced the decking as needed and did a terrific job! I would highly recommend them to friends and family. It’s been 2 months of a rainy season and everything is going great! He even took care of the whole GAF warranty registration. Thanks again Taylor you’re the man!"

"Patrick for my sales rep was very knowledgable & did not use crummy fear mongering tactics while also giving me a realistic assessment & no pressure quote on my roof replacement. My roof was 20+ years old & required full OSB on top. Hunter my project manager was very transparent & kept me in the loop consistently as the project unfolded & helped me update the financing (due to full OSB adding labor & product) with zero hassle. The workers themselves were very nice and courteous. I felt fully informed & had a dialogue from initial appointment setup to project completion. I will definitely use them again in the future for other projects!"
