Roof replacement was Owens Corning lifetime roofing system with TruDefinition Duration shingles. They do roof the right way with no short cuts. Water and ice seal, starter shingles completely around the outer perimeter, synthetic felt and roof ridge vents with shingle caps. All new exhaust boxes, and pipe vent seals. Shingles have an excellent choice of color as well. A thorough clean-up was down after the roofing was completed and the old roofing materials were haul away with a dump trailer. "I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional.
