Ed was very responsive got the estimate to me quickly. We sold our house. I recommended to the buyers that they use Ed but they didn't. I've used him before and will in the future. By the way he seems like he's booked way in advance so I recommend getting on the list asap.

PPromptly offered a thorough, accurate and reasonable estimate for the roof. Despite weather fluctuations and the holidays, they were out almost every day, going through the long process of stripping off the old slate on a 3 story house. Kept me informed of their progress, took care of tenants' concerns and did a fantastic job on the roof. Hope to use them for the next job.

I have never been more pleased with a company than this one. We called about water damage to house and when edcarrived he looked at the roof and chimney. He was very honest and professional. Explained to us how the liners we were bad and how the moisture from the furnace was bleeding through the old brick and mortar. He also was able to replace and PERFECTLY match up siding on my house the is at least 20 years old. We also had some shutters that were in the basement that we had bought which I asked him to hang whe they were here. They did the work over two and a half days, cleaned up each day like the was never here. He took pictures of the work on the roof as he progressed and emailed them to me since my house is 3 full storeys high. If you are lookinf for and GREAT CONTRACTOR THEN PLEASE CALL THEM! I aslo have other properties that I will be using him on!! Thanks Ed you did a great job!!

It went very well. The basement was developing a musty smell, and so I had Ed look at it. He found water in the insulation and where water was coming in through the walls. He had to jack hammer out some of the cement to install the sump pump and French drain. It was hard work, but he continued working on my house until the job was done. When he was working in the garage he found a few other problem areas that I hadn't even seen and was able to fix those too.  He is very proactive in the work that he does.
Ed is very fairly priced. He gave me a few different bids based on different ways to resolve the problem. He pointed out ways to save money without cutting quality.
 
My basement looks great now! He even helped me turn the area under my stairs into a useful mudroom for my children's shoes and coats.
I am very happy with the quality of work that he does. I used to dread going into my basement, but now it is clean and fresh. People that saw my basement before can't believe it is even the same place.
I will definitely use Ed's help again. I gave his information to my realtor, and now she has him doing work for her clients as well.

It went very well. Ed is a hard worker, very fair in his prices. He was careful to take off his shoes each time he came inside from bringing in his tools that he needed for each job he did. I was going to have him do more work for me such as replace a few doors and some cabinets. He showed me how to fix the ones that I have to save the money instead. He has given me some good practical ideas to easily and inexpensively fix different problems that I've had in my house. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs in just one visit.
He is hard-working and dedicated. I had to wait for a few days before he could get here to do the work, but it was well worth the wait.
I will definitely be calling him again. I am looking at buying a new house and I already had him price out the costs to make the repairs that were uncovered during the home inspection.
 

Extremely smoothly once the weather warmed to 45 degrees allowing for Ed to get onto the roof.  I would like to add that Ed was in the middle of another job but since our roof problem was weather-dependent, he interrupted this other job for a day to work an entire day on our roof.  I am very grateful for this.
