After discovering a 20x20 foot section of buckling shingles on our roof (which was only 8 years old), I reached out on Angie's List last Thursday evening. Vinnie called me immediately - at 7:00 PM! His knowledge and sincerity were apparent from our first conversation. Vinnie offered to inspect our roof over the weekend and arrived promptly on Saturday morning as promised. Not only did he identify the issues, but he went above and beyond by calling later that same day to offer completion by Sunday! Talk about exceeding expectations. The entire project was completed in just 4 hours. His team fixed the buckling shingles, replaced the warped decking underneath, flash sealed our skylights, and even repaired a cracked chimney. Do not recommend. Came out to look and repair if needed the rubber roof part of my home in September 2023. Did a repair along the seam where it had leaked. Assured me it would be OK and gave me a year warranty on the work. Also applied some kind of sealant on what I assumed would be the entire rubber roof until I could get the money to put a new roof on. Fast forward to August of 2024 and the roof started leaking worse than before and he only did a small section with sealant. Called and emailed and got a back n forth for 3 different times until he finally came out to repair. For 2100 dollars it was a complete and utter ripoff. Very high priced and gave me an estimate of at least 10k to replace rubber roof that's less than 1000 Sq foot.

Vinnie called almost as soon as I had made the request though Anngi. He came that same afternoon, checked out my repair area, went and got shingles and returned that same day to complete the repair. He was fast and efficient. Highly recommend this contractor.

They make sure to talk with you about when they could come out and if something happens they call to change the date due to weather or if they have time come by earlier. They make sure you are in the loop about what's going on and any date changes.

I believe that our leak problem around the chimney is going to be fixed. Vinnie explained that he is using a silicone type of sealant and we decided to go with the more expensive repair. Vinnie was very prompt and explained the roofing problem well. We are looking forward to a leak proof chimney. Thanks Vinnie

Vinnie is very responsive and he shows up when you make an appointment and is reliable about his work schedule. I had a roof repair and gutter replacement done in a reasonable time. He is upfront about his pricing, did exactly as was discussed, cleaned up the job, he also warranties his work.. So far it hasn't rained but I am sure the repairs and new gutter will hold for years to come.

I conferred with my wife and we decided to go ahead with the work, so I let him know. They were able to come out THE NEXT DAY and completed the job. Very professional, great service, clean up after.
