I was contacted promptly, estimate provided with recommended work to fix the excessive water problems from running down hill behind the house. The water was also entering the septic system and needed replacement of existing leach field. Dave also recommended to install a sump pump in the basement to ensure the basement remains dry. Dave was able to start the project the next week and completed the project timely. He was very professional and performed a quality job that exceeded my expectations at a extremely reasonable price. The backyard is now dry and draining properly, the sump pump is running alot during this rainy spring weather and the new leach field is operating efficiently. Dave also regraded the yard which looks amazing. Again, I can not thank Dave Campbell plumbing enough for the excellent work and I highly recommend his quality work."

I was nervous about the first home because we knew it needed work, but we are first time home buyers and weren't sure just what we were getting into. Thankfully, we chose the right inspector. Tom was thorough and noted every problem with the house. He caught a slight bulge in the basement wall that wouldn't have been permitted with our FHA loan. Although the owners could have fixed it first, there were several other major things we hadn't caught. We decided to pass on that house and went with another. We thought the second time around we had made a more informed choice (and it was a more expensive house). But again, Tom caught several things we had not seen. He was very responsive to texts and phone calls, explained everything that had to be done, gave written estimates and stuck to them. He worked well with the township and the inspectors, and he finished the job in an exceptionally quick timeframe, due to a closing deadline.
