"Doing business with h2oTEKS (the owner Jonathan Barrick and the service crews was outstanding. The original contact, and bid process, with Jonathan was all done via Email. It appears that h2oTEKS makes very good use of available technology. We were contracting for a wide variety of services at our home (listed above), and to our surprise, the first bid was made without an on-site visit. Certainly, a satellite mapping software and/or drive-by was used in lieu of a personal visit. We had some specific issues to discuss, and requested an on-site visit. Jonathan accommodated, and Brad Little payed us a visit. Subsequently some adjustments were made to the scope and cost of the bid. Speaking of the bid, as Jonathan will tell you, they may not be the lowest bid, but they will definitely provide the highest level of service. And after Brad's visit, we felt that would be true, and were seriously considering h2oTEKS to do the work. Since, it was a big residential job, Jonathan graciously offered a “large project” discount that sealed the deal. The work was done in 3 segments: 1. Gutter cleaning was first. That crew (Frank, and company) found and cleaned a modest amount of residue in the gutters (before and after pictures were shared). More importantly, Frank identified two issues that needed attention – 1) One of the gutters needed the slope adjusted for proper run-off, and 2) The chimney was showing noticeable erosion (the concrete cap, as well as 3 course of brick). We would subsequently contract h2oTEKS to perform that work, as well. 2. All washing (Pressure and Soft) was done on a second day. 3. All sealing was done on a third day. Both crews were professional, friendly, and open to performing corrections to small details we would identify. 1. As for the washing and sealing, Brad Little and his son Cory were supremely diligent with there process, as they were dealing with at least 10 years of cumulative dirt, grime, and mildew. The end result was fantastic. Of note, the sealing product is of the highest quality, with long-lasting effectiveness. The gutter and chimney repair was a separate bid that we accepted (again after Jonathan included an Angie’s List Senior Discount). Frank and his crew did excellent work - with before and after pictures. In this case, we did have to report a couple minor collateral damage issues, and Jonathan scheduled the crew quickly, and those corrections were made to our satisfaction. Bottom line - we are 100% satisfied, and find great value in our relationship with h2oTEKS. Without hesitation we recommend h2oTEKS. You may find the cost higher than other similar contractors, but the quality of service and materials is superior."

He was a super nice guy, got here on time and did a thorough cleaning for a reasonable price. Our fence and house looks great! We would highly recommend!"

"OMG. This very energetic, ethical, and hard-working GenZ Pro was Stellar!! (professional, personable, punctual, polite). He pressure washed the vinyl siding of my house, my sidewalks, entrance-way, 1/2 "basketball court" concrete slab, patio. Everything he did looks amazing and I will definitely be calling in the fall for pine-needle removal and window washing. He's a keeper. Not cheap, but definitely fair and definitely thorough.
