He was very responsive to texts and phone calls, explained everything that had to be done, gave written estimates and stuck to them. I also appreciated the fact that he gave thoughtful answers to my questions, even consulting the inspectors and getting back to me, rather than giving a quick response. He worked well with the township and the inspectors, and he finished the job in an exceptionally quick timeframe, due to a closing deadline.
