If i could give zero stars i would have. We paid almost $12,000 back in October for them install a new system in our home. Since then we have failed county inspection 3 times. The techs who come out all have different stories and excuses. The electrician who came out last time Donald informed us of how terrible his own company was and how he planned to quit. Me and my mother have taken countless days off work for them to come bandaid the problems instead of fixing them costing us even more money for missing work. Last Monday we failed for the 3rd time so I reached out AGAIN to the cooperate office and here we are 7 days later with no response and issue still not addressed This will be reported to the BBB, Angie's list will be reported for false advertising because the reviews under this company's name are actually for a company they bought out action 9 will be involved if this isn't the last time I have to deal with these people. It's the most unprofessional experience I've had with any HVAC company and I'm very disappointed in how they conduct themselves and their business please home owners beware!!

I had a simple issue with my HVAC unit that was replaced recently. The first company that came out insisted on expensive fixes with no options which prompted me to try Healthy Home. Their customer service was friendly and helpful and had me set up with an appointment in minutes. On the day of my appointment, I was contacted and the technician showed up on time and provided me with multiple options at a far better price. We are not ready to replace our unit yet and the technician assured me it wasn’t necessary but I know who to call when it is. Thank you!

Excellent from start to finish! They came out very quickly, fixed my issue same day, very fair pricing. Won’t use anyone but them from now on!

It was a great experience for me. I spoke to Bill and Allison before the service call. Another heating & air company had replaced my original thermostat with an "upgraded" unit. My electric bill went up and the Lennox heat pump did not keep the house comfortable. Requested that my original thermostat be re-installed but they refused to do it. I then reached out to Bill at Healthy Home who sent techs Josh and Harry to reinstall my original thermostat (not a easy or quick process) and service the unit as well. The service was top notch and better than what I ever experienced before. System works great!!!! Heat pump now works as well as it did when it was new! I also purchased their CAP PROGRAM .

Kevin was very professional and explained everything he was doing to our satisfaction.  He was first rate.
We had an agreement with brothers and the difference is night and day. Healthy home was very honest with their service and explained everything without trying to rip us off. We felt very comfortable both ties we have used this company and Kevin was second to none as a representative.

Well done job. Communications with the owner Bill went very well, the install appeared to go smoothly, price was reasonable. Their staff has lots of experience. Healthy Home was recommended to us by another HVAC contractor for this type of work. We would definitely use Healthy Home for future HVAC needs.

I would give them the top star. They charged me for everything together, which was $6000 for the furnace and installation. My old furnace was extremely old, and this was the time it decided not to work. When I switched it on for the winter, there was no heat coming out. They are very very professional. They sit down and explain everything to you. They are so professional, I can't even say. I don't have a reason not to recommend them. I had purchased a big deal through Angie's List and that is how I found them. The quality was excellent.

All went smoothly, tech was polite and did a great job cleaning the AC units and the area around them also. Price was very good for an annual check on system and included a follow up in the fall for the heat system. Forgot actual total, was $100-150 apx for an 'annual' program on a 2-unit AC system.

They're a good and fair company but they're not good in dealing with general contracting; they're a little bit un-applicable when it comes to negotiating. When the job was done I had them seven thousand dollars and it was thirty days and they called the customer...they're just un-applicable with their product and I won't use them again.

They were excellent and they share a great detail. They make sure that we have a right system. The gentleman came by when we were shopping and he's did a thorough job matching the units. The installation people were wonderful that they did what they said they're going to do and they offered us the ability to return the whole system. The price was pretty much in line and the service was reasonable. We were very pleased with heating and air.

They were prompt but they had hidden charges. I would use someone else who have a good reputation. They charged me for what my air conditioner needed.
