Bruns Remodel

I hired Mr. Bruns to replace my rotting porch. He was quick to return my call and was quick to take a look and offer a quote. The quote was very reasonable, and Mr. Bruns was extremely helpful by describing the process of the rebuild and approximately how long the job would take. From start to finish, Karl was a consummate pro and my new deck looks fantastic, I couldn't be happier. Karl kept me constantly informed of where things were at and what was next. I hired him to also repair a leak coming from the second floor bathroom above the ceiling in my kitchen. Once more, Karl did an excellent job that left everything looking positively fantastic when finished. Even though this project had some unintended snags, Karl handled it no problem and continued to keep me informed throughout. If you need work done, Karl Bruns is the man for the job. I would absolutely hire him again for any other work I'd need done.

Bruns Remodel has done numerous projects for me including the removal of a cement utility sink, installing a new smaller sink, and moving my washer and dryer which involved plumbing, duct work, etc. Mr. Bruns also CREATED a new bay window sill from raw ash wood - very involved project requiring precise measurements and staining/poly to match my hardwood floors (beautiful!!). Other projects included attic insulation; AC unit removal/installation; installation of an outdoor motion light; power washing siding; toilet installation. Extremely satisfied with all of the many projects completed by Bruns Remodel!

Estimate was received in a timely manner and all our questions were answered. Communication was easy via email regarding questions. Karl coordinated with our schedule and was true to his stated arrival time.
