First of all, Eric and Charles, owners, both do estimates and they came on time, with Caleb. They said the both of them go to all jobs. When getting the french drain started, they noticed water leaking from another of those cheap copper pipes. They told us then that we would not need the sump pump system. Then they said they would try and repair the pipe. How many companies would really do these things? They said our water problem should be resolved, but if not to call them. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."
