"They were the lowest bidder, but bid the job based on my description and pictures without actually seeing the roof (it s like many others in the area). It took a while to finally get on the schedule due to rain pushing back other jobs, which is understandable. The work took about 90 minutes for 2 people, replaced flashing and several slates. They said the roof was in bad shape, which didn t give me a good feeling that the leak was fixed, and would provide an estimate for a new roof - after putting on the new flashing. I guess I feel like if they had seen the roof before the bid, we might have had a different job. Still waiting for a substantial rain to see if leak has stopped. I ll update if I m able."

We observed slight damage that agreed with the Perfect Roof crew, and they proactively planned to repair the damaged areas. This amounted to a few sheets of underlayment that needed to be replaced, and there was no extra cost.
