He did a great job with the arrangement, and quoted a fair price. Along the way, we tweaked the plans a bit, and he even worked late into the night to finalize them. The Hepp Landscape team showed up on the promised day, worked hard throughout the day, they worked professionally, cleaned up all the debris, and now our front yard looks amazing. "JJ's crew redirected out downspouts and installed a French drain all across the front of the house and down the side yard to drain in back yard. They also tied drainage to our basement sump pump. Then they regraded the area in front of the house and poured a new sidewalk. This was in March. It's now September. We haven't had ANY flooding in the yard or in the basement. Even during heavy rains, the sump doesn't need to run. All the water is being handled. The grass they planted didn't last through the summer (grass wasn't guaranteed) and I'll be replanting now. But everything else is great. I was on a learning curve with this type of project and James was patient with all my questions. I would work with JJ's again."
