"Saturday, July 30, 2022 H&R Waterproofing Review Sump pump & French drain How about very HONEST, dependable, reputable and even adaptable! First of all, Eric and Charles, owners, both do estimates and they came on time, with Caleb. They said the both of them go to all jobs. When getting the french drain started, they noticed water leaking from another of those cheap copper pipes. They told us then that we would not need the sump pump system. Then they said they would try and repair the pipe. How many companies would really do these things? They said our water problem should be resolved, but if not to call them. We would certainly do that and we highly recommend them. Also, their pump system is definitely less costly than some others. Tom and Florence Mack Kennedy Township"

"Great experience from the get-go. Owner Bill did estimate himself; was a straight shooter with much experience. Didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Office staff Amberly, Tara & Jennifer were quick to respond to my emails & calls. Onsite workers Mike, Al, Brandon & "Mellow" were attentive to my needs/requests and worked their butts off hand-digging ditches in my rocky ground with few breaks. No more puddles in my garage and gutter water is now draining many feet from my house. This is the only local company that I could find who worked with downspout drainage issues. Great job all! "G&J Waterproofing did a great job on our basement. The work involved taking up the old floor, installing an interior drain on all exterior walls, sump pump, Polyshield on the walls, membrane and pouring a new cement floor. The work was further complicated when the workers discovered our sewer pipe was not properly connected. This involved bring in a plumber to lay a new sewer pipe. The house was built in 1917, so things were very old downstairs. The whole process took longer since the sewer work took a week. Everything is complete now. The workers are great; this is extremely hot and hard work. Everything was cleaned up and my nitpicky fixes made. Communication behind the homeowner, workers and management needs to be improved upon. There was a lot of work to be done and guidance from the company was appreciated. Katy and Rich were very helpful."
