"Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."

"We recently moved into a house built in 1987 with the original air conditioning unit, which constantly ran without stopping.  It was a brutal summer, but it was definitely not running properly.  Joe came out himself to take a look.  He took a look at the entire system and suggested that we service the AC to make it function properly and not constantly run.  He also changed the air filter in the furnace.  I appreciated the fact that he did not push a new air conditioning system in the house considering the unit we have is 25+ years old.  He also gave us a few ideas on how to make our home more energy efficient.  He did a great job.

"This was a 5 star experience working with New Energy Solutions. Tim worked with us to identify and size the right equipment to completely replace our old / inefficient HVAC system. I conducted lots of research on equipment (Trane, Lennox, York, American Standard, Goodman etc. equipment, LG vs. Climatuff vs. Copeland compressor etc.), to ensure I understood the proposals. Tim worked with me to explain all the different options from different manufactures, single stage vs two stage, heat pump vs. furnace, variable blowers etc. Once we agreed on the equipment (Trane), one week later Tim, Buddy and Tanner came out for removal of the old and install of the new. The install took place 1 1/2 weeks after the initial inquiry, and the entire process was seamless. The team did a phenomenal job, and we are now running a two stage gas furnace, with variable blower and matching AC unit. The system looks beatifically and works just as well. We haven't had such a positive experience with a contractor before. Extremely impressed and would most definitely recommend New Energy Solutions; especially Tim, Buddy and Tanner."

I had been using another company I will not name here, but looking over the HORIZON for help since they could not service my Air Conditioner until August, I turned to Home Advisor. Desperate for help, low and behold up popped Mechanical Monster. Expecting another July/August response, I spoke to this very nice lady, and she said the owner Jeff had an opening the following day! Wow! I was still a bit leery but Jeff showed up, explained to me everything he was doing, made me feel at ease. He found the problem, went above what a normal repairman would do and said you will have Air Conditioning tonight. He was out in the dark, in the rain, getting done. I have not had customer service like that in probably over 30 years. This is a great example of what America used to be, companies going the extra mile to satisfy their customers. This is rare in these times, and I am really blessed to have come upon Mechanical Monster and Jeff.
