"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"Don gave me a window of time for his arrival; between 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm and was at the front door just after 2:00 pm.  He went right to work on the aftermentioned electrical projects.  While he didn't have all the materials he needed to complete my work on his truck and had to make a run to the local hardware store, he didn't waste any time while working at the house.  One of the projects required a larger ladder than he had with him and he re-scheduled right then and there for the completion of that work.
