"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Owner called me on a Thursday evening, we set an appointment for a free estimate, which he did in about 15 minutes in his truck after measurements were taken and he confirmed the job could be done within two weeks. The 4 member crew was very polite and efficient. High winds had shut down their work on the day they intended to complete the project, so they returned 2 days later to finish the job with about 4 hours work. I would never hesitate to contact Chad Haggert and his group to do another roof/siding project for me."
