***Due to our current lead times, we have a miminum of 4 windows or 1 door.*** Super Service Award Winner 15 Years in a Row. We are a family owned business covering the entire Pittsburgh Market. We specialize in wood replacement windows and doors though we also do vinyl and fiberglass. Our installers are employees of the Company and do not use any subcontractors. We have received certifications from Pella, Andersen and Marvin and are certified by the EPA in lead. We are fully insured including workman's comp. We have been in business since 1973 and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are licensed with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Very easy to work with from start to finish, great cost, and quality work. We had all of the windows in our home replaced with ‘new construction’ Andersen Windows including all interior trim at a cost closer to what we were being quoted for vinyl replacement windows. The measurement and ordering process was very low pressure and the windows were delivered and installed on schedule. The installation crew was professional and clean and did high quality work. I’d highly recommend Window Installation Specialists.

Melissa, Bill, and their install crew were amazing. They were very responsive and helpful, patiently answering all of my questions, and even recommended a contractor who rebuilt our sills in preparation. The windows, door, and flashing all look great. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Their service is second to none. They communicated with us from the beginning and answered any & all questions we had. The installation of our windows was done in the most professional manner. The installers are company employees and great to work with. The owners and installers are like one big family. Bill the owner is present on the job. They were very professional, very quickly responding to any communication, listening to our requirements, and giving a reasonable quote based on this. We had an issue with one of the windows getting moisture inside after installation, and they arranged a time to come fix it and did the work within a few days. I wish all contractors were so responsive and responsible!

Everything went great Bill and his crew arrived right on time.The two workers with Bill were polite and went right to work I could not believe how fast they got the old windows out Once they got the old windows out they made sure that all the old debris was all cleaned up they put plastic everywhere to make sure no dust got on floor or furniture even when they finish up they vacumed the rug they explained how to operate the windows and screens my overall experience with Bill and Melissa was great

This is my fourth experience working with Bill and Melissa. They’ve always been professional and their work is always the best. Scope of this job included replacement of a custom bay window and an over the sink window in our kitchen. We had 5 windows installed. They were the Anderson 100 series Fibrex material. Everything was well done. The workers were professional, owner was here and did the install with his workers. They kept us informed during the install answered our questions and always maintained a clean work site. We are very pleased with the product and the finished appearance both inside and out.

It went so well I couldn't believe that in about five six hours I had 11 new winners in my home! The crew who did the work really took care of the rugs the dirt hardly any, they just did a superb job. I am so happy with my new windows! I would definitely have them come in again when I get new French sliding doors.

The team was professional and courteous and the after-install clean-up was spotless. Even though our installation was done in the middle of winter, the work was done so quickly and efficiently that we didn't even really notice the cold! It was a tough decision to remove our home's original wood windows but they were in very poor shape ... I am so glad I went through with the project because the rest of the winter was draft-free and the windows are beautiful (we went with Pella Architect Series).

Very professional and courteous installation specialists. The owners were honest with us that the entire window did not need replaced, just the sash. They could have recommended the entire window which would have costed us thousands more. I was very impressed and will definitely use them when we have to replace the other windows.

Bill and Melissa Kish and their installers were terrific to work with. Our job was done on-time and as-promised. The installers really went beyond my expectations as far as protecting our home and furniture from construction debris and cleaned up very well when they finished each day. We compared and got quotes from several window companies and W.I.S.P gave us by far the best value, best professionalism and best product for our job. They are clearly highly experienced and addressed a few potential issues during our initial walk-through that the other companies didn't even notice. I enthusiastically recommend them.

They were fabulous! Put drop clothes down, booties on their shoes, swept up any mess they made. The work is beautiful; it's like a new room. The woodwork they replaced around the window is just perfect. They even arranged for someone to stain the new woodwork. They had great respect for our home. They were pleasant people, too! I would highly recommend them and definitely, will use them again. They make it easy.

We had two windows replaced. Owners Bill and Melissa came to our home to measure and record our preferences. We were told because of high demand for windows we might not get them installed until October. To our surprise the windows came in early from Andersen and were installed the following week. Three workers arrived at 8:00 am and the windows were installed by noon. Tarps were put down and the crew did a very good job installing the windows including the trim. They cleaned up after completion and took away all of the old windows. Melissa followed up via email to confirm that we were satisfied with the installation. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. Very knowledgeable about all window and the installation process. There is no way to beat the price for the quality of window that we received. On install day there where very professional, and in just 2 days had all 15 windows done. The installers that came really knew what they where doing and used the highest quality of installation tools like high quality caulking and composite shims. There is no way that anyone could have done a better job. We talked to 6 other window installers and as I said before they where the best on price for the quality of windows.

The entire process, from start to finish was flawless. We obtained bids from 3 comparable companies. Not only did window installation specialists pull off a perfect installation, they did it for thousands less than the closest competitor. I certainly would recommend them to anyone in the market for upper end windows.
