Great, hardworking crew. In and out very quickly with a very professional job well done. Also very knowledgeable about awnings and their care.

Went very well. Did everything as promised in the time frame promised.

We needed shade for our back deck, where we spend a lot of time once the weather warms up. The awning and drop down sides are beautifully made and have made our deck like an outdoor room. Once the weather turned cold, we had them come and remove them. They will store them until spring and then put them up when we call. The price seemed high initially, but I honestly believe you get what you pay for. We believe in supporting local companies, especially one that does excellent work such as theirs. Some folks get one company to make their awnings for a cheaper price, then have a difficult time getting them to come back to take them down for the winter and reinstall them in the spring, because the maker is not a local company. Nicewonger puts "their" customers first, so think twice before getting someone else to make your awnings if you live in the Greensburg area.

The quality of work was good, although communication about time lines for work was not great. However, at the time of installation we were verbally quoted a single price of $75.00 for taking the awnings down at the end of season, storing them for winter, and installing them again in the spring. When we scheduled the re-installation recently, we were billed a second time for $75.00. When I called to complain, was told by the owner, Mr. Nicewonger, that I had misunderstood and would never have been told that. He then took a belligerent tone with me and was completely unprofessional. I told him I would pay the bill but they would never have any business from us in the future.
