Bought an Angie's List coupon for services. Took multiple attempts to contact to schedule appointment. Appointment was finally scheduled, but no one showed up or called. A voicemail was left as well, with no follow up. Angie's List refunded the price of the coupon for me.

I purchased a coupon in the summer and finally contacted them to get an appt. this fall. He called back promptly and we set an appt. for Dec. 1st. That day came and went but there was no word from Eric. I emailed and then called about the planned appt. that he missed. He eventually called back and apologized... said his van had broken down and that he had accidentally left his schedule book in the van with all his numbers. He said to call him back in a week or so. I called and emailed a few times and eventually he called me back. We rescheduled for Monday, Dec. 19th. He arrived at the given time, worked quickly, was very friendly, and did a good job. I recognize this is a busy time so appreciated the fact that he made sure to keep in contact even though it may have taken a bit longer that expected. I would hire him again as he was knowledgeable and was personable.

We hired Master's Electrical Service Company to install TESLA charging station. Their installation was found in violation of electrical codes and represented a fire hazard. They are totally incompetent. We would never let them into our house again.

Baffled. Eric came in, did a brief walk through, wrote nothing down, and said just off the top of the head job estimate was $12,000. This is a 1920s 1000 sq. ft. 5 room cottage that already had an updated electrical box with no knob and tube wiring. He neither looked at nor did he test any outlets to see which ones were grounded, as other electricians did, nor did he even come all the way up the attic steps to see the setup there. It appeared as if he didn't really want the job and just wanted to get done as quickly as possible. I'm sure he has a stellar reputation on Angies List, but definitely not with us.

It went smoothly from the beginning. Unlike a typical bathroom fan/light combination I wanted the two functions separated and positioned in different spots. The original way I planned the installation would not work due to some ceiling joist positioning; Eric suggested an alternate way that was both functional and aesthetic. In addition I needed a GFI outlet repositioned due to a planned larger medicine cabinet. Eric repostioned the outlet working in rerouting the wiring from the attic. Eric and his crew kept me informed all the time they were working and cleaned up after themselves when done. I would highly recommend Master's Electric.
