"This is in response to Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s harassment and slanderous irresponsible rant. Approximately 5 years ago, the owner of Alliance Garage Doors & Openers responded to this same man's request for a bid on these same 3 doors he is currently referring to. Once at the site, the owner measured for the door sizes. At that time, this man indicated the doors could not be installed where the owner was currently measuring (on the inside face of the door jamb). This man in an extremely rude way indicated to the owner the doors could not be installed this way due to a tractor of his would not fit. This man then began to show the owner the doors needed to be installed within the door jamb area. The owner tried to explain to this man this was not possible for the door to be able to operate. The doors would not be able to raise and would be impeded by the header of the jamb. The owner tried to show this man garage doors are installed on the interior face of the jamb which then allows the door to raise above the header. This man then became very belligerent and continued to indicate to the owner he did not know what he was doing or talking about. The owner of Alliance Garage Doors & Openers has over 30 years of construction experience and has a civil engineering degree from the University of Pittsburgh. The owner also retired from one of the most prestigious companies in the world (United Parcel Service) which Alliance Garage Doors & Openers' business model is based upon. This man was so rude and disrespectful that the owner decided to not bid on the job and no costs were given. Now, approximately one week ago, this same man calls again for a bid on these same 3 doors. He was politely told that the owner is not interested in bidding on this job. Instead of just moving on, this man has continued to harass our company over this project. Rather than work with this man, the owner would rather give up this project to a competitor than have to continue any non-productive conversations. Alliance Garage Doors & Openers always responds to our customers and this man has no right to state that we would not do so. We have never done any installation work or repair work for this man."

Overall I would give them an A+, They were prompt and do everything that they said they would. I like how they run thru all the different garage door options with us and put no pressure on us to decide. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure we were happy with the work.
