Fabulous work! Alliance was responsive, fast, and easily fixed a problem that has been plaguing us for far too long (and one the original installer of our garage door would not repair). They realized that one of the eyes on the safety laser had a low bulb, and that was why our door would not close when it was sunny outside. While they were fixing that, they greased all the connections and checked a faulty light bulb in the main opener. Great work! Would definitely hire again.

They were excellent! I called then some 4:30 pm Monday and they set up an appointment for 11 an the next day. I arrived 10 minutes late and they were in the driveway waiting. The door was already fixed! They staff was polite and explained what was repaired. And the price was very reasonable!

Overall I would give them an A+, They were prompt and do everything that they said they would. I like how they run thru all the different garage door options with us and put no pressure on us to decide. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure we were happy with the work.

He hooked me up with some nice doors. We stayed within the insurance budget and got an insulated door. They were in and out within a couple hours. Brand new doors and tracking. Everything has been great ever since.
