Which was very much appreciated. The job we hired him for to clean our gutters and downspouts was done perfectly and so quickly. He was even able to check a spot on our roof near the chimney that we were concerned about leaking. He was able to recalk it for us while he was up there. I had a tech from a different company come out before him and they had told me to replace the system with an 8k estimate, something that was not doable at the time but they had given me no other options. So glad I had him come out for a second opinion. He also installed a new thermostat for me, as a broken thermostat was a part of the problem."
