Fortunately, we then had immediate buyers and the sale progressed quickly, but of course we had a few things to have repaired in order to get a clear CO and to accommodate inspection repair requests. This included some electrical work, stair repair, roof repair, support beam repair, wood rot repair, among a few other items. I appreciated being able to count on Mason for a quick response and fitting our repair into his schedule quickly so we could meet our tight deadlines to inspectors and buyers. His prices were reasonable and his work was clean and of high quality. He was responsive and very nice - truly great to work with.
