Once a start date was determined, Mark and his assistants came on those days. When I asked for suggestions, Mark gave input. 2 baths remodeled. I purchased vanities/toilets/faucets/tile/etc on my own: Master bath, demo fiberglass tub and replaced with tile shower. Tiled floor, installed new toilet and vanity, hung mirror & medicine cabinet. Hall bath, demo fibroglass tub, replaced tub with tile to ceiling, tiled floor, installed new toilet and vanity, hung mirror & medicine cabinet. I am completely satisfied with Mark's workmanship and would definitely hire for future projects. "After 6 years of dirty feet, dirty dogs and general wear and tear, the floor was looking sad. The grout was black not beige!  And the tiles were dingy.  The process only took about 1.5 hours total and was ready to be walked on within a couple of hours.  It looks like brand new now. Very happy with the job!
