We actually got to talk to him the first time we called, he came out the same day and gave us an estimate that was a fair price for a roof replacement. Work started with in a week and was completed in one day. His crew were very hard workers and very efficient. Roof replacement was Owens Corning lifetime roofing system with TruDefinition Duration shingles. They do roof the right way with no short cuts. Water and ice seal, starter shingles completely around the outer perimeter, synthetic felt and roof ridge vents with shingle caps. All new exhaust boxes, and pipe vent seals. Shingles have an excellent choice of color as well. A thorough clean-up was down after the roofing was completed and the old roofing materials were haul away with a dump trailer. If you are looking into getting a new roof look no further than Tri-State Roofing, they are the best hands down."

"They were the lowest bidder, but bid the job based on my description and pictures without actually seeing the roof (it s like many others in the area). It took a while to finally get on the schedule due to rain pushing back other jobs, which is understandable. The work took about 90 minutes for 2 people, replaced flashing and several slates. They said the roof was in bad shape, which didn t give me a good feeling that the leak was fixed, and would provide an estimate for a new roof - after putting on the new flashing. I guess I feel like if they had seen the roof before the bid, we might have had a different job. Still waiting for a substantial rain to see if leak has stopped. I ll update if I m able."

Wow, looks great, money well spent. Gable roof with cathedral ceiling and finishes match perfectly. Looks like it has always been part of the house. Light landscaping was also provided to repair lawn from construction damage. This was done by the contractor without charge or my request. There was a small leak that the contractor repaired after several trips. This was resolved to my satisfaction. The point here is the contractor took responsibility and returned until this was resolved. We love our new patio, it’s perfect!"
