Phoenix called us right back and came out on time and did great job.

The tech arrived first thing in the AM as promised and the job took about 4 hours start to finish. It was in the midst of  the July heat wave.  The unit was in good working order and he addressed all the problems, and identified the underlying cause of the moisture and corrosion that led to the problem.

Once the technician arrived, he had the system running within the hour. No problems. No need to go back to the shop for parts. The unit was fixed and it has recycled numerous times in the past few hours. All good.

I give them an A for everything and will use them again.

gave an estimate for two ac units. Workers were messy.They hire ex-cons to do the work. The building was being renovated and they were not the only contractors in the building. The other subs were complaining that their tools were being stolen. The units were too small for the space. I have had continual problems with the units. When you call to request service they are accusatory and refuse to come out without payment. When they did come out the serviceman had been on another job that involved tar and got tar on my leather furniture.

Yes they fixed it - but crawl space flooded a third time in October and using a different company, I found out that the sump pump had not been secured properly. Flooding was inevitable once it 'tipped over'. New service provider has secured the sump pump so this will not occur again. Price per hour was ok, but not in light of problem not being fixed once and for all.
