"I am sure that all positive reviews for this company are fake. Nothing that was promised to me was delivered. My siding project is still ongoing for over 1 month. Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. They just tell me to talk to project manager who has no control. So you understand that if there are any issue you are on your own. Quality or work is not good. Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"

"The work about is not what they did but siding is not included in the list. Seems they have blocked access to google reviews and now I know why. They did siding, soffits, flashing and caulking. They came back twice to fix their work, but the flashing and caulking are still incomplete. Workers urinated outside on site in front of my tenants. His worker lied straight to my face several times about the leaking flashing. Now I will pay another company to fix their work. Its not right! They have been promising for months to fix the work but no action. Rob Jr. is definitely NOT his Dad."

We had UGI come out to "service" our system and said everything looked great....2 months later something with our compressor blew...that was $400. I work from home, its hot and I am pregnant with 4 pets in my home that are distressed from the rising heat and their customer service agent has the audacity to be BEYOND RUDE and tell me "to have a better day" as if it was MY FAULT...ok. It is very odd that ever since they came to "service" our central air system they've had to come back THREE TIMES and the system STILL NOT WORK. BEWARE!"
