The serviceman who provided the estimate was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Ordered a new washer for not a whole lot more than repairing the old one. Delivery was 2 days before quoted. Installation crew was professional and efficient. Removed the old washer.

They were prompt, polite, and efficient. The problem was minor and solved quickly. Ironically, they left a small flashlight behind the fridge and had to return later to retrieve it! All in all, it was a pleasant experience, and I would hire them again if needed.

First, Lapp called me a few days before the work was scheduled and asked if they could come out earlier than planned, which helped me tremendously. The two young men who installed my appliances were courteous and pleasant, and did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier.
