Wes responded promptly to my initial call for a quote and met me at my home at the set time for an appointment. He measured all the windows (20 of them) and provided me with an estimate within a few days of visiting my home. The shutters were ordered at the end of May and Wes and his team installed them at the first of July prior to us moving into the new home in mid July. The whole process took less than 5 weeks and cost $12,000.00. My shutter on my slider kept opening on its own after install so I called Wes and his team and they responded immediately to come to my home, identify the problem, order the correct part and return to replace a part. This resolved the issue 100%. I am an extremely satisfied customer and am grateful for quality providers like Wes and his team that are professional and honest in their business practice

"I placed an order for 3 tops down bottoms up cordless pleated blackout shades, to replace similar light filtering shades from another company. The shades were reasonably priced, arrived on time and fit correctly. However I'm unimpressed with their overall quality. Three things bother me about the blinds:
1) they are extremely noisy when being raised or lowered
2) they need to be adjusted for level every time they are raised or lowered
3) inside the upper housing, there is a string that appears to move as the blinds are raised or lowered. Since the string rubs against parts in the housing, it is likely it will eventually break.
I don't think I'd buy these again.

"The porch roof was old and in poor condition with holes and lots of dry rot from at LEAST 18 plus years of weathering . As soon as Robert(the company owners) team got to our property, they gutted the roof and worked quickly, and efficiently on the new install. The new porch roof looks great!!! "Andy for Empire came by measure the floor and went over all options with me. Andy was a really nice guy did not pressure me at all. Empire did a 741 Square foot room. The came took up my carpet and replaced it with 100% Waterproof Flooring - Click Vinyl Tile. The installers were amazing. Took my carpet up clean the floor and place the Vinyl Tile planking down in 4 hours. The installer were professional and Courteous and inform me of each step they were taking and if I was satisfied with how things were going. They did a great job and the floor looks great I would absolutely 100% recommend empire today. The price was a lot cheaper than others I got quote from.
