"Our upstairs bathroom was the one thing I hated about our house when we bought it. We never used it as toilet did not flush properly and shower was disgusting. We found out while cleaning all drains that we had a leak in shower. Due to family coming to stay, we figured we d get the leak fixed and remodel in the future. Dylan came out the day I called him and spent almost 3 hours going through everything. Found out we had no back vent from toilet. Hired him and god love him, he had the patience of a saint. A 2 week job turned into 5 weeks due to the electric wiring needing to be redone, floor and roof joists re-supported and plumbing work. Dylan walked us through every step and went above and beyond what was expected. He is a true craftsman and I now have a completely redone bathroom with all new fixtures That we LOVE. Cannot thank Dylan enough, he is definitely our go to person from now on."

"Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."
