"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "We hired Sure-Fix to do multiple jobs. The owner, Henry, came to our house and we walked him through all of the projects we want done and he provided good feedback and ideas. He also understood that this isn't our forever home, so while we do want to make it nicer, some projects are not worth putting money in to. They gutted our mudroom, replaced the old exterior door, closed in a window to provide better space functionality, built shelves in the mudroom closet to make it a pantry, insulated the room, rebuilt the unstable steps, instead outlets, base board heater, and new lights, replaced the flooring, replaced the roof over the mudroom, put up dry wall, and painted. They also installed a new exterior door in our sun room, replaced five old windows, and installed new outlets in our office. The workers were all very nice and you could tell they know their trade. They told us if we discovered an issue they would come fix it. Good customer service."
