"John from American Construction did my neighbors roof, he gave me an excellent price on our roof and siding for the front of our home. I was very pleased with the service we received, very courteous and hard working team. They had our roof done in one day and the siding looks fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs siding, roofing or any construction work done. They cleaned everything up when they were finsihed and swept up all the nails. "The whole process was detailed and well done. This was in a new home construction and Curt took the time to make sure the vision I had was brought to life. He custom designed the medicine cabinet in the master bathroom. Had our countertops and vanities set at the height we requested. The only issue I had was some lack of communication to let me know when there were issues getting the one bathroom vanity and letting me know timing of when someone would be coming to do the installations. Other then that the we overall are pleased with the work done."

"Chris and his two sons did an amazing job on remodeling my basement into a playroom for my twin boys. They were very sweet, made me feel comfortable and also were very good with my two toddler boys. The moment they came to my house to do an estimate, i felt very comfortable around them and they were very friendly and threw out ideas on the remodel, like lighting and other ideas. They finished the job in less than 30 days (which was the timeline given) and they were very patient with me when i had changed my mind on certain things. Chris even played with my boys and had conversations with me, so I felt like they were more family than strangers working on my house. They did an excellent job on the remodel and everything turned out better than I had envisioned it. They were always on time and always cleaned up each day after they were done. "Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"They come out and provide estimate, on time, when work started they arrived later in the AM than expected but no specific time was set. They installed fence after I showed them where to install. Came home that night to a VERY crooked section of fence. I called they came out next day and fixed it. Installer was very nice."

"We called Gennaro after a plumber cancelled on us in the middle of a large bathroom remodeling project we had planned over a month in advance involving tile work from a separate contractor. We needed somebody immediately and few plumbers could handle such a large job at all, and almost everybody had limited help and were already booked. Fortunately Gennaro has a large team and was able to accommodate our needs. He was far more knowledgeable on all matters than the original plumber we had lined up. Best of all, Gennaro's company specializes in a vast array of home remodeling and renovation services. Since he also rehabs homes, Gennaro has a crew skilled in most areas.

Throughout the course of the job, Gennaro showed up on time and worked until the job was done. He made sure to have enough manpower on site to get the job done as quickly as possible. He paid attention to detail and ensured that every aspect of the job was handled properly and according to code.The quality of the work was superb and the experience was pleasant. It is nice to have a trustworthy contractor in the area capable of handling jobs of all sizes."
