    BOTTOM LINE: Good service, bad product Purchased blackout cellular blinds for 4 rooms (12 blinds overall). Prices were much better than 2 other local companies. The consultant in the store was helpful. I used the optional installer to come measure the blinds before ordering, then to install the blinds once they were made. In the 18 months since I've had the blinds, I've had to return various different blinds 3 separate times for different reasons (1. Blind didn't stay down all the way; 2. Different blind wouldn't stay completely up; 3. Different blind had one cord completely break). In each time they blinds were replaced for free, but it's been a hassle to keep having return different blinds

    I cannot give enough accolades to Alison and Christy along with the craftspeople who work with them. Everyone was always punctual, professional, and took time to understand what I wanted to accomplish even when I couldn't find the right words to describe it! Also, when I decided other things needed to be done, they graciously adapted their work schedule to accommodate the changes. Friends who have seen the changes cannot believe how stunning things look or the phenomenal quality of the work. They were able to make my dream a reality and make it better than I could ever have imagined. If I need additional work in the future, I will call them without hesitation as well as recommend them to my friends

    Everything went flawlessly . . . On time, on budget and exceeded expectations. All my little add-ons were happily met, because once you see their quality of work, you want them to do more and more! LIV's quality workmanship will last a lifetime. (I had them measure and install blackout blinds for the master bedroom, add railings to our 2 staircases, refurbish our kitchen backsplash, recommend flooring and measure for a new sectional sofa!) Also, and this is as important as their beautiful design and installation, they are super kind and considerate! They answer your texts immediately and make you feel like you are their only client. I highly recommend LIV to everyone

    I have worked with LIV Interiors since 2009 to the present. I can't say enough good things about them. They are very professional, talented and excellent at what they do. I've been very happy with everything they have done in my house. All of my rooms were done to perfection, nothing was left undone. I enjoyed working with them right from the beginning. They were always on time for our appointment. They made working with them fun and I looked forward to their next appointment with me. It was always exciting when they came with all their books of fabric, wall colors, floor samples etc. and we would pick the elements for each room. The finished product was always beautiful and done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend these two very friendly, talented decorators from LIV Interiors

In a few days, Sheri came to our home along with samples of fabrics. The end result were absolutely beautiful drapes and considerably less expensive than the previous estimate. She is very professional, punctual, and just a very pleasant individual. You will not be disappointed in the quality of her work.
