"Very happy we had Contek repair and remodel our living room. Started with a prompt visit by Corey and a detailed quote shortly after, and we then got on their schedule about 6 weeks later. Job consisted of removing and repairing a large area of the ceiling that was water damaged, removing a 9' picture window and also repairing water damage around that, refinishing that with two smaller double-hung windows, refinishing it all inside and outside, and lastly converting a standard small doored closet into an open mudroom closet. Dan managed the job and was nothing but a complete pleasure to work with. Shawn and crew did the vast majority of the work and were also a pleasure to work with. I found Saunders Construction on the internet as I pursued seeking bids for the work I needed. George was the ONLY contractor who provided me with a detailed estimate for all aspects of the job. He is very personable and from day one, wanted to ensure the products we chose were the best for the money and not overpriced. He emphasized from the beginning that his #1 concern is a happy customer and ensured that we were satisfied throughout the project. His workers, particularly Scott and Will, were terrific. They respected our home, were very detailed oriented and cleaned up every loose nail, cutting, dust, etc. at the end of each day's work. If I found something that needed correction, it was done immediately. Professionals all the way. I told them upon completion how lucky we felt to have their workmanship on our home. I would have them back in an instant for any future work. Trust me, you will not be disappointed using George Saunders and his team. The only issue we had was getting materials through Home Depot. I will just say we all learned a hard lesson ordering windows via HD. This resulted in a 3 week delay and Mr. Saunders did all he could to expedite the order. HD did not show much customer concern in how they handled our issues."
