The first one came out and looked inside my 1 1/4 year old hot tub with a flashlight while continuously receiving instructions back and forth from someone on the other end of the phone. He then told me I needed to replace over $800.00 in parts not covered by my warranty and handed me a hefty bill for the house call. I called Tony Tornado, Inc from Angie's list for a second opinion and Tony Tornado arrived exactly at the time he specified. He was very polite and friendly. He opened the tub up, laid out his tools and very methodically checked each component. He tested and tightened some loose wires and that was it. He explained to us that sometimes after moving and installing a tub wires become loose like this. No parts were needed. He is a very honest man. We've been using our hot tub now for over 5 months now with no problem."
