After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. "I got my basement waterproofed in January 2023 paid $16K for it & I had to call them twice already because still getting water in the basement not only that but this machine has been beeping consistently every 2-3 seconds because it needs service I called them to come out to resolve the matter but have to wait a whole month for someone to come out! For me to pay $16K to get horrible service & still go through the water issue is not good at all!!!"
