"Zoom Drain was great !! Everything was explained by Rob on Friday when he came out. Service was provided the day we called due to hearing gurgleing in the kitchen sink when the toilet was flushed. Rob found a blockage in the drain box outside our house which he cleared. On Sunday we found that we were still having some brief water backup into our basement laundry tub when the bathroom toilet was flushed, Kyle came out that afternoon and determined that part of the issue was that the Municipal Sanitary Drain was running slow. Kyle even pulled the Municipal Manhole cover in the street to confirm that the water level was much higher than expected. He spent the time to make sure our drain was as clear as possible and even called our local borough office to inform them that the Municipal drain seemed to have a blockage. We saw a truck on our street this morning and were informed that a large grease plug was found in the municipal drain on the street next to ours. They worked tirelessly all day to remove old concrete, lay a new pipe system, pour new concrete, install sump pump, and seals. They prepped the walls and sealed and painted with Loxon paint. Radon seals were included in the redone areas. The outside work included installation of a new underground drainage pipe with pop up exit drain. A rubber membrane was installed behind the house siding. We?ve had several days of heavy rain since the waterproofing work was completed and the basement floor and walls have remained dry.
